Endanger Ibex

Ibexes are wild goats and they are found on high mountain slopes, meadows and rocks of Europe, north eastern Africa and Asia. They live apart in small flocks most of the time but during mating season they will pair off. They are extremely agile, able to survive in cliffs and crags. Their forelegs are slighter shorter than hind legs with a height of 3 feet at the shoulder. Both male and female have sharp horns which curve backwards from the forehead. In the summer their fur change into ashy grey but in the winter, their fur will be yellowish brown. They are known up 40 feet length. They are herbivores and eat whatever they found in landscape as that should be green vegetation. Due to the excessive hunting by man for the purpose of game and spot Ibexes have become endangered. The Alpine Ibex has become very rare and now the are protected under the Italian government. They have been introduced to various parts of the world for suitable habitat to increase their numbers in the world and not to be extinct.
